GCV is committed to building bridges between disruptive innovators and investors from East to West. We aim to empower entrepreneurs, private and public corporations and governments in developing economic growth.

In addition to promoting global connections and international investments, we are dedicated to supporting and inspiring youth, women and disabled people in developing their skills.

Since 2019 we have been able to assist several BIPOC communities to find work, to enhance their soft skills, to create their own start-up companies, provide leadership training, etc… about 105 hours of coaching in entrepreneurial capacity were given.

Our leaders are dedicated to the success of its employees, clients and the business.

EMPOWERING YOUTH, WOMEN & DISABLED PEOPLE

In addition to promoting global connections and international investments, we are dedicated to support and inspire youth, women and disabled people in developing their skills. In fact, project promoters working with us are granted access to funding and incentives only if they hire and train youth, women and people with disabilities to complete their projects. By doing so, we aim to empower these people by giving them the tools to become the next generation of leaders.

GCV has strong ties to the community; we are consistently seeking on how we can positively impact people’s lives. We volunteer to build playgrounds for children battling critical illnesses during the summer  every year. We donate toys to children (120 toys in 2019, 400 toys in 2020) during holidays to various organizations, women shelters in Montreal and Toronto,, to marginalized children in GTA and to several different communities in GTA, Durham.

We work with different organizations in various industries, meet to discuss ways to bridge gaps. We work with people from all walks of life in different communities while assisting the BIPOC community.

Leadership is the ability to guide others without force into a direction or decision that leaves them still feeling empowered and accomplished.
